Based on the project scope, your product developer will start with rapid prototyping, creating a minimum viable product (MVP), delivering a compliant, scalable recipe.
Yes, absolutely! Together with our industry partners, we take care of applied product development, which is required to achieve a fit between a kitchen recipe and its (semi-)industrial production. If more «profound» prototype development is required, we assign our own lab staff or collaborate with independent food developers.
This is always our top priority. We select our professional partners carefully and we take responsibility for the overall supply chain, organising our own quality assurance (HACCP, shelf life, sensory, etc.).
We handle logistics management up to the delivery of finished product batches to a central location. Additionally, we provide research and recommendations for fulfilment/pick & pack centers. Please note that we do not typically engage in last-mile delivery, order fulfilment, or sampling processes.
We maximise protection legally and by relationship management with our trusted food industry partners. We always strive to achieve that our customer is the sole owner of all rights. All network partners sign NDAs, and we put additional measures in place when required (Chinese Walls, anonymised documents, etc.)
We generally do not get directly involved with tasks like sales or branding. However we just launched our Go-to-Market offering, supporting you to access retailers and distributors, and turning your newly launched product into a success.
